Haychem (Bangladesh) Limited was incorporated in Bangladesh in August 1997 under the Company Act-1994. The company was promoted by the blue-chip Sri Lankan Multinational Company "Hayleys PLC".

• Date of commencement of business - April 01, 1998.
• Initially started with Bayer range of crop protection chemicals, re-launched and arranged distribution of Bayer range products through 3rd party.
• In the year of 2001, started production/import of Baygon Mosquito Coil & Baygon Aerosol Spray and arranged distribution through 3rd party.
• In the year of 2002, given up all Bayer products to Bayer CropScience.
• In the year of 2003, started registration of products from different sources and launched, marketed via 3rd party.
• In the year of 2006, started indenting business of Bayer MaterialScience.
• In the year 2008, started own distribution with Crop Protection Chemicals & Animal Health Products and continued to till date.
• In the year of 2011, started own Seed Production and Marketing.
