Empowering Farmers: Advanced Chilli Cultivation Workshop in Rajanganaya.

The Sri Lanka Agripreneurs’ Forum (SLAF), in collaboration with Hatton National Bank (HNB), hosted an insightful chilli cultivation workshop in Rajanganaya, Anuradhapura.

Led by Mr. K.A.K. Boralessa, of Hayleys Agriculture Training School (HATS) and Deputy General Manager of Hayleys Agriculture Holdings Ltd, focused on advanced farming techniques, pest management, and maximizing yield.

Mr. Boralessa also highlighted key practices such as soil health, irrigation, and safe pesticide use to improve harvest quality. Over 65 farmers and agriculture reps gathered for this hands-on learning experience.
