Jayanthi Dharmasena, Managing Director, Hayleys Agriculture and Executive Director of Hayleys Group, represented The Hayleys Group (Hayleys PLC) PLC at the Colombo Stock Exchange’s “Ring the Bell for Gender Equality” initiative.
She delivered an inspiring keynote address and joined the ceremonial ringing of the opening bell, reaffirming the importance of advancing women’s leadership in business.
Organised in collaboration with the IFC – International Finance Corporation, UN Women and the United Nations Global Compact, the initiative highlights the role of organisations in accelerating gender equality and economic empowerment.
